At HHgregg Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronics, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
